Ms. Lynch joined the Utica City School Districts team in 2019 as the AIS Facilitator at Albany Elementary school. Prior to Joining the Albany team, she enjoyed working as an elementary and middle school classroom teacher before transitioning to small group instruction as K-6 reading teacher. This was one of her favorite roles since instilling a love of reading and witnessing the confidence in a student as they develop into a skilled reader was a rewarding experience for her. Ms. Lynch is currently working toward her Administration degree to continue her professional growth of becoming a building and or district leader. Education has become a passion she shares with others through her dedication toward improvements for students and colleagues. Ms. Lynch believes that innovation occurs through collaborative efforts for improvement with proactive approaches and systematic planning to support the future needs of our students, as we must acclimate in a world that is rapidly advancing and embrace the changes needed to further advance and educate. While Ms. Lynch is working hard towards her goals, Albany Elementary is thriving under her skillful leadership, her positive attitude, respect and loving demeanor towards all of us at Albany Elementary!
